That One Bug As of the latest update, whenever I load the player, it still shows song title and artist information even if "Show Filenames" is ticked. Beyond this major gripe I have with this player, it is otherwise a nice complement to the default Music app as it is capable of playing more "exotic" formats such as OGG and FLAC files without any issues.
Best for me I downloaded 12 music apps trying to find one that was simple and with good customization. Just something for me to play my music on, and that doesn't try to shove a whole bunch of other stuff in my face. I even went and paid the $1.49 upgrade not because I needed any extra features, but just to show my support for it being the best app I could find. Without it, I'd be tolerating some other app instead of loving this one. Clean, simple, awesome. Gj devs.
Best. Period. Hands down greatest music player I've tried. And that's saying something, considering I've been trying every single player I could get my hands on for three years now... I always come back to this one. Very intuitive UI, built in sleep timer, plus it allows me to customize the look of the app! And if there's a problem, I know there are people on the other end working to help me out and fix it. It's already stellar, and it's getting even better. Keep up the good work guys!
Great.. But 1 problem Please do some changes --add cover art in song list --in suggested tab, recently played album list shows 1 track as many times as we play in the list , for example if I play 1 track 10 time , it will show that that track 10 times in the list. Please fix this [sorry for bad English]
Google Play Music recently had some big updates that made huge improvements, but it still doesn't come anywhere close to what Shuttle offers. I've been impressed with Shuttle since I first installed it and have continued to see it get better. Of course I've tried a handful of other music players, but nothing can deliver the performance and customization options of the FREE version of Shuttle. Show/hide certain tab items, loads from startup in a snap, Material design, custom colors, desktop-level sorting options, quick album art display/retrieval, auto grabs artists' profile pics—I could go on, but you get the point. Just jump into the app for 5 mins. to see for yourself. This app is all about customization and control, which is what should be at the root of the Android experience.
One very annoying bug Overall I like the app but I have the resume on Bluetooth unchecked and it always resumes whenever I connect to Bluetooth. Very annoying when I'm trying to listen to something else.
I'm still here, still working on Shuttle. This isn't a very exciting update - I've been working on a complete rebuild which is taking a while. This update just addresses a few bugs. Just letting you guys know I'm still around!
