Ratings and reviews

The app has a good range of programmes, especially children's programmes. But it constantly crashes on my Fire TV stick - it'll just drop out halfway through a programme, and can't be recovered without a reboot. Also, the app doesn't remember where you were in a programme, which is especially annoying when the app crashes. Finally, it refused to let me select one of the programmes, for no obvious reason. Real shame, as when it's working, it's pretty good.

Sign up process was a pain. Wouldn't register me. Then it said there was a user with my email. Then it didn't like the password, then it wouldn't send the password reset email. Took four attempts. Then after I was registered, far too many adverts. It's a shame all the My5 content isn't on Pluto TV. Which works much better. The TV controls on the youview app version are terrible.

It might be good to actually watch something (well really just quantum leap), but in this day and age of almost limitless junk to watch I really can't be bother to sit through up to 5mins of ads (every 10-15mins!) For something I don't really care about. I have went off to do something and just completely forgotten about the show, or just fallen asleep instead
