Apps like this have zero utility and are worthless. Think about it, when do you need an app like this? When you're at an appointment and you don't have your physical card. Well good luck because you can never login to the app, and/or they've migrated to another platform, and/or you need your physical card to login to this other platform. Long story short, ditch the app and carry your card because the app is garbage.

It has its ups and downs like any app. I just have more issues with it personally mostly because my phone is horrible and doesn't like to take my fingerprint. So I have to reset my password more often than I'd like. Also bcbsri will tell you you have updated your info, lik for instance your telephone number, when it really didn't. And also using the OTC benefits thru the actual app brings you to another app which is fine. However since my insurance changed It says there it is expired.

Atrocious. One star is too much. My account is set up to use fingerprint access. It no longer works. I entered my login and password and it locked me out of the app. The only reason why I went to the app is because the website no longer displays usage information. It just spins.
