The app does the minimum of helping you pay your bill. First of all, online enrollment didn't even work, had to call to set it up. No bio-authentication like other apps, enter your username and password every time. If you want to link your Alaska Airline miles to your account, can you just do it online like most other services? Nope, you have to call. What is the point of the app if you're not gonna make me call for everything anyways?

The app is as useless as the customer service. why do you tell customers to enroll in paperless billing and not give them the account number and then want to play stupid games? How hard is it to send the account number to the email on the account or text it to the phone on file or the phone line that has service from you? Signing up for service is also an exercise in stupidity....can't signup without talking to someone.

If I was able to give this a 0 star for the use of the app. I would because every time I open up the app. It's always a spinning circle even though it is up to Date, I could never get any kind of balances. Usage nothing off of the app. I always have to refer to the online and it's lame.
