This app is not functional at all now. Uninstall and reinstall and still no dice. Let me guess, you are using AI to check your code now and are working out the problems? This app has been glitchy for years: having to manually type in username and password only to be told to download a new update in the app store everytime you try to login. There was no update but you still had to do it everytime. Dumb! It won't even do that now, completely broken. You need to hire a competent app team.

This is a terrible user experience. Constantly telling me it needs an update but I have the latest version. When you look at a statement the font is way to small to read, no option to download and for some stupid reason they have disabled screenshot. They block copying the account number and a bunch of things that make this a really back experience. By far the worst bank app.

This app is useless bec it doesn't show your credit card's transactions unless you're using the laptop to view your account. And every time I swipe my card or an automated transaction is scheduled, it doesn't get reflected right away. So one day I'll look at my account and think I don't have to deposit money into it bec I should still have enough money, but the next day, I'll get an overdraft fee bec the transactions don't show in the app real time. Underhanded way to make money off of customers
