Ratings and reviews

Customer care service is very bad. I have lost the application password as well as the answer to the security question to reset the password. For that, I went to MTN store, I inquired, even the phone number is linked to my name, still they were not able to give me the password of the application or solve my problem immediately. I also sent many mails on MTN official email id for the same issue but they don't even care about customer's complaint. Worst service ever.

MTN MOMO could be a great option to transfer money locally in Africa. But when it comes to international transfers . I mean from overseas. Please avoid MTN at all cost. Use other network or Bank which have an easy refund policy in case mistake happens. MTN will never help. The customer service is more than terrible.

I hope someone from MTN operation team will see my comment, nothing is working after the update. What currently is just for show. For a big company like you to miss this basic level of app development is shameful. Just rollback to the previous version. Don't start something you can't finish
