Ratings and reviews

The recent update took away biometric authentication, bringing a whole load of inconvenience. Sometimes I log in and wait for an SMS for over an hour before getting it. It's really bad because transactions like those with the prepaid card can't be done outside the app. So I'd have to wait ages because I'm locked out after every transaction, and I can't get your SMS with an OTP. Very inconvenient

Extremely frustrating! Why do I need mobile data/MBs just to open the MoMo app so I can buy more internet or make a money transaction? If I’ve run out of data, I should still be able to access the app to purchase a data bundle/ send money. This feels like a huge regression in usability. A service that’s supposed to make things easier shouldn’t lock you out when you need it most. Please fix this as it feels like I’m being forced to spend money just to access a service that shd work without data.

the app is good i was using without any issues until my phone got damaged and i had to get a new phone, and after getting a new phone, I'm being asked to approve the login from my damaged phone. How is that even possible? I get it that it's for security reasons but isn't there any other option? Maybe setting up a two step verification with email, or an authentication app?
