I am experiencing a serious issue with your mobile app login system. Whenever I try to log in, I receive a message saying I am already logged in on another device and must log out first. However, I am using the same phone. After resetting my device, the app now treats it as a different device, even though I no longer have access to the previous session. This is a major flaw. If someone loses their phone or buys a new one, they won’t be able to log in unless they log out from the old device.

I have been prevented from logging into my MTN MoMo app because I am using a new device, and this has been going on for over three months now. The most annoying part is that whenever I call the customer service line, they say it will be fixed or tell me to go to the customer service center. I would rather work or sleep than waste my precious time going to the MTN service center to fix it.

I've downloaded the app 3 times since I updated it, I haven't been able to log in no matter how many times I try to. it either says my number is invalid or doesn't exist, no matter how many times I input it. i have tried calling customer service and even talked to the mtn agents that were going around my campus telling mtn users that mtn has updated the momo app. what's frustrating is that there's no fix for this problem no matter where I look and who I ask
