Ratings and reviews

The app is good, and convenient. I have noted a minor glitch, it sometimes prompts for location to be turned on logging in, particularly with biometric (fingerprint). When you click on Turn On or Cancel, it disables biometric login completely. Another note, is the data and voice bundle offers. There seems to a mismatch between the bundles one can purchase on the app and those one can purchase through the ussd option. Kindly look into these minor issues.

Momo is a very nice app and very convenient. The only problem, it doesn't work where there's no MTN signal. For example, I work in the bush where there's only WiFi but I can't use it because there's no mtn network signal which is really sad 😢. Kindly, look into it so that it can also work using WiFi like other mobile apps. Otherwise, loving it,

My worst daily app. I have to use this app everyday and it's always a lottery how it's going to perform. Fingerprint used to work and was great. It's stopped for no reason. So logging in is super slow. Once logged in it takes forever to update the screen. If you go to another app ir logs you out so you have to start all over again. What a pile of junk. It's way slower than USSD. so what's the point? Planning to leave MTN just because of this.
