The recent update took away biometric authentication, bringing a whole load of inconvenience. Sometimes I log in and wait for an SMS for over an hour before getting it. It's really bad because transactions like those with the prepaid card can't be done outside the app. So I'd have to wait ages because I'm locked out after every transaction, and I can't get your SMS with an OTP. Very inconvenient

I give you 1 🌟 star because you guys don't listen to your clients. we use the product and we're telling you that this is the problem, but you chose to ignore. how can't I have access to my account login after having a new device or phone reset. please you guys should do something about the So Cal verify from the old device. the most funny aspect is that they didn't even lay down measures on how to go about it. you guys should do better. you always drain our money through Data without benefiting

who's idea was it to remove the withdrawal charges option when sending money? It was very simple and straightforward for one to choose to include withdrawal charges or not. Now one has to navigate to calculator instead. Why are you guys complicating things for no obvious reason? was that option a security threat? I bet we will be charged for using this app soon!
