Careless in inventorying the items in the package. After pandemic the service quality dropped. I had to change the review, too many issues with them. They misplaced my items twice and won't be responsible for the loss. To verify the mistake they did, they want me to pay $7. And if the item is found, i have to pay for the shipping separately. The app too doesn't work properly.

Dishonest! Their shipping calculator showed low shipping rates. When they shipped my items, they increased the weight and charged more than was necessary. After contacting them about it, I am no longer able to sign into the app or the online portal. My account miraculously disappeared and I haven't yet received my packages.

TLDR: Terrible, dishonest service provider with a barely functional app. I decided to give them a try. The receive a single package from Amazon then decide to split it into "separate packages", something I find out only AFTER I have paid for "Urgent" shipping. They simply cannot be relied on as they make inaccurate communication. if you receive one delivery, with one tracking number, you handle it as one unit!!! The service is to combine multiple deliveries...not split them at random
