Only slightly more use than a chocolate fireguard. As mentioned the wifi test is very hit and miss in actually working and when it does the results rarely reflect reality. The trouble shooter redirects me to my account's broadband offer for halo 3 (I entered a 2 year contract for FTTP a month ago). The Engineer speed test seems permanenlty broken . The app requires me to set a pin to get in but then promptly forgets I've set a pin and asks me to set one again.

3 weeks ago I'd have given this a 5. What have they done? EVERY time I try and log in it's forgotten who I am and I have to go through inputting my email and password and resetting a "new" PIN. The functionality is good - although managing devices seems lately to be hit and miss, sometimes happens instantly, sometimes a prolonged delay, and sometimes it just doesn't happen at all. All issues in the last few weeks.

Broken, unusable. Latest Bt app update on my Android phone no longer works. Can't log on, keeps stopping. Cleared cache, cleared data, uninstalled, rebooted phone, reinstalled, still unable to log on to app. Asks for PIN twice then blank screen or please log on screen. If after several attempts it finally logs on, the home screen can't display usage - just says please try again.
