This is the message that I get when trying to log in to my email now: Sorry we couldn't connect you. If you continue to experience issues, Please contact BT and quote Error Code: TS-0003. Details to Contact BT. The "help" page just gives tips and I go round in circles trying to find out how to fix the problem, with no option to contact anyone. I've been locked out of my account for two days now.

Terrible app. Frequently tells me my password is incorrect, then suddenly accepts it. Logs me out all the time. Showed all my folders as being empty this morning - quite concerning, but when I logged in from my laptop there they all were. Often says it's unable to respond meaning I've had to uninstall it and install again...at which point it works. In need of some serious tweaking!!

Frustrating! In the last few weeks, I have found that I have log back into it on a regular basis. I've even tried reinstalling it, but the problem remains. This never used to happen, and is quite irritating. Over eighteen months later, and this is STILL happening. Losing patience with this app JULY 2025.... This app is becoming increasingly more frustrating to use, as the "session has expired" messages seem more frequent, or one is forced to change password YET AGAIN. I'm tempted to bin it now
