This is the message that I get when trying to log in to my email now: Sorry we couldn't connect you. If you continue to experience issues, Please contact BT and quote Error Code: TS-0003. Details to Contact BT. The "help" page just gives tips and I go round in circles trying to find out how to fix the problem, with no option to contact anyone. I've been locked out of my account for two days now.

Unfortunately, the App is logging my wife and I out of service, so we are constantly having to log back in and verify the service using my mobile phone number, which means that if we are in separate locations, my wife can't log back in. Apparently, this is an ongoing fault with the App, which doesn't appear to be getting rectified. Even having a choice of two telephone numbers would be a vast improvement.

The app won't allow me to switch between my two BT email addresses linked to my account. It was fine and then it said "Session Expired" and asked me to "Re-login". You can't do that as it says everything is wrong - password and email address - when it was fine only a few hours earlier. The same happens when logging in on the web. Spent nearly 3 hours on a live chat with BT, to still not have a solution. Was told it'd be rectified in 24 hours. 🤞
