Only slightly more use than a chocolate fireguard. As mentioned the wifi test is very hit and miss in actually working and when it does the results rarely reflect reality. The trouble shooter redirects me to my account's broadband offer for halo 3 (I entered a 2 year contract for FTTP a month ago). The Engineer speed test seems permanenlty broken . The app requires me to set a pin to get in but then promptly forgets I've set a pin and asks me to set one again.

I despair...not only is the equipment the worst in the business but at every level and at every step, the basic technology is as well. Just tried to view my bill through the link in my email and entered my pin. It took me round in a circle, didn't log me in. Tried to log in with my email and password, which it did, only to be directed to an old BT account. When I originally signed back up with BT, this issue was supposed to have been rectified...now I have no way to log in. I've updated app!

Since updating to version 8.50 just now, the app is unable to show me my mobile usage. It always worked before. Can you fix it please as this is important. Update: It's been 5 more days without a mobile usage service. Can't you put the previous version back up, as presumably this one isn't working for anyone. I'm a computer programmer. Update 10/6: I've just updated the app to the new version and it still isn't working to show my usage data on a Pixel 6A. Can you fix it please.

Hi Anthony, we hope to have this fixed over the next few working days. In the meantime, can you try accessing it through a web browser instead as the usage should be showing there? Thank you, Dan
