Can't be worst. Top up fails all the time with no prompt as to what could be the problem. More often fails than work. If you gonna make an app why not put in some effort. Many months has past I am updating to share that this app is as bad as ever. We should all adopt paying with VISA, we don't need Nets as a payment method

Update: after app update of nov2025. Want to vomit blood even more. nothing improved. Still same unfriendly user and issues. True Monopoly government system. ***After reading reviews, thinking a established business can't be this bad, but yup...its bad. not so intuitive. need better experience, ex. when you don't have blk or unit number, it cancels all info when entering, and having to start over and over again. When successful, system don't send you code to activate. I can keep going....

Honestly, such a horrible and frustrating app to use, ALL THE TIME. Very buggy, cannot detect card, no network connection, whatever kind of issues you can think of, it always happens when using the app. Can't believe after many years still zero improvement. Nowhere near the standard and consistency of Malaysia's TNG app, which works so much smoother, faster, and seamlessly. App rubbish. The manual top up station also rubbish. Find myself in difficult situation with this Nets all the time.
