PayLah! is a very convenient app for quick and secure digital payments. Sending money and paying bills only takes a few seconds. The interface is simple and easy to understand, even for first-time users. Transactions are processed fast, and the security features give peace of mind. It’s great for everyday cashless payments. Overall, PayLah! is practical, reliable, and easy to use. Highly recommended!

I hadn't used the app for a few days. when I logged in using the scan icon, it immediately logged out and gave a message that the session had expired even though I had just logged in. I think the app is not smart enough to clear the previous session. And this incident is not the first time. And I couldn't even submit feedback in-app sometimes

I tried to close my PayLah account but the final “reason for closing” option is greyed out even after submitting all my details. I’m completely stuck. The chatbot is useless and offers no real help. There’s no simple way to close the account except calling DBS, which feels intentional to keep users on the app. This bad experience deserves a 1‑star review.
