Ratings and reviews

Ever since the latest update I'm unable to use the app. Due to it saying there might be a malware .... , I have literally uninstalled all the apps I have run a antivirus scan at this point I don't know what the issue and the app's messaging is not helpful in finding out what the issue and it's annoying as now I have figure out an alternative for the payment method and if I find one soon enough I'll never use this app or service again so hopefully they fix this issue soon.

Doesn't work on pixel 8 pro, noticed it last couple of days. Can't open despite clearing cache and storage. Edit: tried doing exactly as suggested, worked for a couple of days and it's back to closing automatically again. Ugh.

Unable to login to Paylah app for the past 3 days keep mentioning service unavailable please try again next day. * I have already uninstall, reinstall, even call customers service shotline they repeat the same thing but still didn't manage to login . * Latest update still cannot login for the 6th day. My handphone is Samsung galaxy 23 ultra with the latest update and the app already reinstall as the latest update, the app still reply me as * sorry service unavailable now please try again*
