I paid for a week of hints. It said you can cancel the subscription from the play store, but the play store doesn't show I have any subscriptions, and there's no way to cancel directly through NGL. I'm still being charged for the subscription. I emailed their help 8 days ago, and the automated reply said I'd hear back in 1-3 business days. Still no response. Apparently this is an issue with Android NGL.

This app is a nuisance. The app itself will send messages at regular intervals, which itself is annoying. But two things make it even more problematic: first, several of the messages are in very poor taste that will trigger people's anxiety (e.g. "Why don't you answer my messages?"). Second, even when a person turns off those automated messages, NGL still sends them anyway. Also, half the time, when they send a notification about a "new message," there's nothing, not even an automated message.

I like the concept but the app isn't working right. The link never matches the theme. Example: the confessions link completely disappeared. And the describe me in 3 words has the ship me link. So frustrating. I have already deleted the app and reinstalled it but to no avail. If you fix this problem I will stay. Otherwise there is no point. The messages come in and when you tap on it to read it there's nothing there. The notification is faster than the message it's. It's delayed and won't show 👎
