i really like this app. so far no issues with it. the only thing is when i join an artist's community it automatically makes my nickname for me unless i change it myself. i hope they just let the app automatically put in the nickname that we already put in our profile instead of giving a name with random letters and numbers. also, please fix this bc why is there like 80% HYBE groups, i was hoping to interact with JYP groups as well as YG, SM, and others. Bubble doesn't work as good as weverse...

Nice platform to connect with artists and perform various activities, such as merch shopping, notices, listening parties, etc. However, please consider allowing item stock to be held for 1 minute or 2 if an order is already in the process of checking out (similar to Ticketmaster). 3 times I tried to check out, received errors saying pickup window is no longer available - then on the 4th attempt, it finally charged my payment method, but cancelled the order and said everything was out of stock.

Very good app, but you literally have to pay just to leave likes and comments on certain things... The subtitles are also inaccurate, same with the translations. Although other users have reported that some things dont show up for them, I do not have that problem (I may have jinxed myself), but overall, I have been spending hours on it and it is a really good app for both idols and fans.
