NOW is compatible with Android phones and tablets running Android 5 (Lollipop) or later.

NOW is also available on Sony BRAVIA TVs from 2016 onwards, running Android 8 (Oreo) & 9 (Pie).

Note: NOW / Sky UK does not support video playback on rooted Android devices. This is because if a device is identified as being ‘rooted’, we can’t guarantee to our content partners’ satisfaction that the programmes, shows and movies can be protected from copying or illegal distribution.

With rooted devices, the user gets complete control over the Android operating system files and configuration. Some devices may be identified as ‘rooted’ if the manufacturer has enabled root access by default.

The app does not work on my phone, but works perfectly on Firestick and computer. Basically, when I try to watch anything, it comes up with an error and tells me to get support if it keeps happening. I get support and the person who was supposed to help me had no idea and closed the chat. Terrible service for the android app.

Never not once even looked at Now tv.i have Disney prime and paramount tv on my roku tv so absolutely endless viewing available.until NOW TV I have paid for all these and even though it's alot of money combined it's still been cheaper than say if I just had sky tv or talk talk tv for example. I'm amazed at what I can watch on here and am staying with now tv it's got all the things I like in one place and only a fraction of the cost.

Also, the glitch where it takes you back the 5 episodes ago is real annoying, sort it out! Also, you can't find "continue watching" on the phone version.
