It’s Easy It’s Fast. It’s Secure. Send money to virtually anyone with no added fees, all they need is a U.S. bank account. Money moves directly from account to account and is typically available within minutes.5 You only need an email address or mobile phone number to send and receive payments, account information is not exposed to users. Fifth Third Bank will ask to access your contacts to use Zelle to identify your intended recipients, but you do not need to allow access to use this service; recipient information can be entered manually.

The app could use a facelift, and bug corrections! The app is laggy when selecting options other than checking the transaction history. Cardless ATM: Needs work! The app freezes, then a notification pops up that you're not logged in, and you have to re-log. After that you are returned back to the home screen, where you will try to select the cardless option again, doomed to repeat the process indefinitely... after which, you will receive a notification that you are not eligible for this feature.

App is always under maintenance, down, or just doesn't allow me to log in - not because of wrong passwords or anything, but literally just says "that didn't go as planned, try again later". Extremely annoying to not be able to even log in hardly ever. I like 5th 3rd bank and have been with them almost 10 years but I'm considering switching banks specifically bc of this app.

Honestly - the app has been really good for a while - but something happened recently that essentially broke mobile deposits. Taking a picture of the front of the check is fine, but when doing it for the back, the camera gets flipped distorts the view so no picture can be taken. If you switch to manual, the view goes back to normal, but it does not focus and can't take decent picture. This has been going on for at least a month.
