This app would be great, if it would ever connect to my account. Even over wi-fi, where every other device I own functions perfectly, including every other app on my device, I routinely see an error where "that didn't go as planned" or something of the like. I have tried calling the help center, and every time I am told the technician either doesn't know what happened, or they are unable to see any issues. Indescribably frustrating. Absolutely Godawful.

This app used to work great, but since a major update month ago, I've had no end of trouble with it. The Quick Transfers feature was removed (a minor change, but one that was convenient for people who make a lot of internal transfers), the app no longer displays the total account balance (only the available balance), and even after attempting to resolve the issue with customer support and trying multiple devices, the notifications for transactions never work.

Notifications are broken. I have every alert set up and saved in the app. All notifications are enabled in my phone settings. I am running the latest Android OS, too. I have been receiving zero app notifications for months despite everything being set up correctly, and on more than a few occasions, it would have been very nice to have. This has made me consider looking at other banks now, and I've been an account holder since before time.
