The app needs to have a manual way of marking a paper check, OR 5/3 needs to update the account within 3 business days. Oh, and I have had issues connecting to the server when I pay a bill, that led to a $75 overdraft fee because I couldn't get onto the server within 24 hours nor to a bank within that time. Outside of that, the app is an easy way to monitor my accounts.
Works with ease .. A + APP I thought this app would be like every other bank app but NO it very smooth and extremely easy to navigate. It shows me exactly what I need to see when I need to see it. I can make changes that go into effect immediately. I just love this app. Keep up the good app making. I don't know how it could get any better but I'm sure you will try.
I am excited that I finally found a bank that helped me set up a accurate account that fits my needs. The personal banker was super nice and took his time to set up the account step by step and helped me with the mobile banking app on the play store. I have went through multiple banks including Huntington Bank, Independent Bank, PNC Bank. Fifth Third Bank is Great had great success and had no problems like the other banks I listed. Seeing how there are scams, and identity theft happening out there. There alerts are Great on protecting your privacy and identity giving you peace of mind. Thank You
Was great until a few months ago UPDATE: it looks like they patched whatever issue there was with the camera. It takes pictures almost instantly now. Changed score to 5 stars! Used to be great until a few months ago when all of the sudden it started requiring a damn blood sacrifice to take a picture of the back of the check. It would be quicker just to go to a bank at this point. Mobile deposit is the only feature I actually use and it barely works anymore.
Coming over from Chase. I immediately miss quickly texting for my balance. It is a user friendly apparatus and the widget could be boosted by an auto refresh action rather than tapping for refresh and occasionally being prompted for a pw. I only wait a few seconds for the refresh, so I'd chalk it up to impatience. Overall very secure and convenient.
Touch ID will not work I would have given this app 5 stars, were it not for the fact that the touch log in refuses to work now. It was fine at first, and now it always says touch log in failed. I've tried force stop, reinstalling app, etc...nothing works anymore. Please fix this! It was such a nice feature when it actually worked!
