Uhlelo lokusebenza lweselula lwe-NTSPL ESS (Employee Self Service) luklanyelwe ukunikeza abasebenzi inkundla yokuphatha imisebenzi ehlukahlukene ehlobene nomsebenzi ngama-smartphone abo. Nansi incazelo enemininingwane yezici ezingaba khona nemisebenzi uhlelo lokusebenza olungase luhlanganise:
1. Ideshibhodi:
Uhlolojikelele: Abasebenzi bathola isifinyezo sephrofayela yabo, imisebenzi elindile, nezaziso.
Ukufinyelela: Ihlinzeka ngezixhumanisi ezisheshayo ezicini ezibalulekile njengokuphathwa kwekhefu, ukuya, nama-payslip.
2. Ukuphatha Ababekhona:
Iwashi Lokungena/Iwashi Lokuphuma: Abasebenzi bangangena amahora abo okusebenza, ngokwenza noma ngamasevisi asekelwe endaweni okuzenzakalelayo.
Buka Umlando Wokuba Khona: Landelela amarekhodi okuba khona esikhathini esidlule, buka imininingwane yamahora asetshenziwe, kanye nesimo sokuba khona (sekwephuzile, ungekho).
I-Geolocation & Geofencing: Ezinye izinhlelo zokusebenza zingase zibe nezici zokuqinisekisa ukuthi abasebenzi bangena besuka ezindaweni ezigunyaziwe.
3. Ukuphathwa Kwekhefu:
Faka isicelo Sekhefu: Izisebenzi zingafaka izicelo zezinhlobo ezahlukene zamaqabunga (isb., akhokhelwayo, agulayo, avamile) kalula.
Shiya Ibhalansi: Buka ibhalansi yekhefu yamanje, kuhlanganise namahlamvu anqwabelene nasetshenzisiwe.
Isimo Sokushiya: Landela ngomkhondo isimo sezicelo zekhefu (ezivunyiwe, zilindile, zinqatshiwe).
4. I-Payroll & Payslips:
I-Payslip Access: Abasebenzi bangabuka futhi badawunilode ama-payslip abo anyanga zonke.
Isifinyezo se-Payroll: Ihlinzeka ngokuhlukaniswa kwezingxenye zamaholo njengenkokhelo eyisisekelo, izibonelelo, imali ebanjwayo, kanye nesamba somholo.
5. Imbuyiselo:
Ukuhanjiswa Kwezindleko: Abasebenzi bangathumela izindleko ezihlobene nomsebenzi ukuze bathole imbuyiselo.
Isimo Sethrekhi: Ivumela abasebenzisi ukuthi balandelele isimo sezimangalo zabo (kulindile, kugunyaziwe, kunqatshiwe).
Amadokhumenti Asekelayo: Inketho yokulayisha amarisidi noma amanye amadokhumenti adingekayo.
6. Uhla lwemibhalo lwabasebenzi:
Sesha Ozakwethu: Uhla lwemibhalo lwangaphakathi oluvumela abasebenzi ukuthi baseshe ozakwabo ngamagama, ngomnyango, noma ngokubaqoka.
Ulwazi Lokuxhumana: Buka imininingwane yokuxhumana, okuhlanganisa i-imeyili, izinombolo zocingo, nendawo yehhovisi.
7. Ukufinyelela Idokhumenti:
Imibhalo Yenqubomgomo: Ukufinyelela kuzinqubomgomo zenkampani kanye neminye imibhalo ehlobene ne-HR.
8. Ukuphathwa Kwephrofayela Yomuntu Siqu:
Buyekeza Iphrofayela: Abasebenzi bangabuyekeza imininingwane yabo siqu, njengemininingwane yokuxhumana, ikheli, noxhumana nabo besimo esiphuthumayo.
Buka Imininingwane Yokuqashwa: Uhlolojikelele lwemininingwane yabo yokuqashwa, njengedethi yokuqashwa, ukuqokwa, nomnyango.
Lolu hlelo lokusebenza luhlose ukuthuthukisa ukusebenzelana kwabasebenzi, ukunciphisa i-HR ngaphezulu, nokwenza izinqubo zomsebenzi zansuku zonke zisebenze kahle futhi zibe sobala kubo bonke abasebenzi.
