Not very useful. Good for viewing and editing basic contact and account records, but the Files app lacks basic functionality. Please add the ability to view libraries. There is also no access to Setup. If a few more of these features could be added the app would be significantly more usable as a desktop alternative.

It's not broken but needs updates. When using the "Mobile Only" version, I'm unable to access my calendar. It also doesn't allow you to edit the calendar at times. Would be helpful when using "Chatter" to have a drop down menu with different keywords that would work for easier search of a particular chat. This is probably something that is individual based and not a Salesforce issue. Also, would be nice to add multiple pictures into 1 "Chatter" post without having to make a slideshow.

Not functional - the app worked for a while but then kept freezing on account/contact/opportunity pages. Then it wouldn't even load those after selecting them. I reported the issue through the app and received no response (aside from an auto "thanks for the feedback" email). The help section only addresses how to use the app, not technical troubleshooting. This is preventing me from doing my remote work, so a complete failure of the service.
