Generally works well, but at one point is misleading at best: Bought two single ride tickets to go to Ferry point park and back. Transfer on the outbound ticket works well, but when I activated the second ticket on the for the return trip, the two hours transfer time of the first were not expired yet. Instead of creating a new ticket, the app just added one more person to the original ticket (with like 15 minutes left of transfer, i.e. utterly useless). So I had to buy an additional paper ticket

Your app is a joke and the fact that there is no other way to get the rockway rocket ticket other than online is ridiculous. We were there trying to pay with our credit cards and the system would not allow us. They wouldn't allow us onboard because the ticket was not showing in our app. Shame on you for providing the service but no way to get on the ferry because of app issues

love the ferry but I find this app a bit buggy. it doesn't show that I've purchased a ticket directly after using Google pay (I have to manually refresh or go back to the "use tickets" screen) and it's happened several times that I've accidentally purchased two tickets when I meant to purchase one - annoying when refunds are impossible. please fix this.
