Compliance - California has some of the strictest guidelines for notaries when it comes to the notary journal. As the only State to require capturing a thumbprint for certain notarizations, it is imperative for any useful electronic notary journal to provide such functionality. Our team has tested numerous bluetooth thumbprint capturing devices and has made the Notary eJournal compatible with the best bluetooth thumbprint scanner available to the public. Definitely helps me with every notary appointment to be more efficient and quicker. Every single time I enter a journal entry and then do a single thing within that transaction it is date and time stamped. This is the ultimate secure way to keep records of notarial acts. A paper Journal is outdated and can be stoled and accessed by anyone, it could be damaged in numerous way or lost in the 10 years of required storage. Definitely not the case with an electronic journal! Its secure!

The capability to scan the ID is worth it alone! But when you add the features of doc packages so you don't have to manually add them is a game changer! Not to mention it's legible (unlike my paper journal!). Did I mention the wireless electronic thumbprint scanner? Huge time saver. Many apps have tried but this one is so efficient and effective, I couldn't even consider using another one. I highly recommend this app for anyone who wants to save time and accuracy in your journal entries!

I absolutely love. NO other ejournal will do for me. I'm at an event and need to do signings back-to-back. I would be so far behind if it wasn't for Jurat!! It has all the info and I can simply scan the id. They thought of everything. I would not use another program after this one. They did a great job on this app. I would have been taking 1-15 minutes on each notary if I wer writing it--Now, a little under 3-4 minutes!! Awesome!!
