Esusu only reports on-time rent payments and does not report missed or late rent payments to the credit bureaus.
Using Esusu rent reporting services does not guarantee an increase in credit scores or approval for any credit product, as scores are determined by credit agencies using multiple factors including payment history on other accounts, credit utilization rates, and other variables. Originally my review contained distress over some malfunctions within the app that stopped me from being able to move forward, but I want to show appreciation that the Esusu team noticed my review, reached out to me, and were very diligent in helping me and making sure I was taken care of. The team was so patient and kind, and we were able to successfully move forward in the process. I worked closely with Colleen and she was absolutely great. Thanks for your help! 🥰

As someone with little to no credit history, this app made it so much easier to get started! I didn’t need to take on debt or open risky credit lines, just paying my rent on time was enough to begin building a great score. It feels like a safer and smarter way to enter the credit system. 😁

I would've given it a -0 if I could. The app does not work. It keeps saying "Update Required: A newer version of Esusu is available. Please update to continue using the app." I've updated... still won't work. Uninstalled and reinstalled, I still keep getting the same stupid message. Stupid app doesn't work.
