Edited review: Love that the tracking is so great. New update still has some glitches (main screen keeps glitching and I can only view "sent" or "received" parcel in separate tabs), and I can't confirm if I can now pay charges in the app (I ended up paying when collecting the parcel). however, a big thumb up for the support who reached out instantly. hoping the app can only improve.

New UI is visually overloaded. Old UI was simple and straightforward. Also when I try to change destination, app sends me to apps permission screen with no reason.

Poor non-intuitive user interface and user experience. All flows are not clear and complicated. Why I need to create a parcel and separately order courier in B2C flow? Order courier in Telegram or Phone call, rly? I have to spend my time waiting on the phone line? How to pay for a parcel I just created but couldn't pay because the Pay button didn't work? If I don't have NL or UA phone number I can't send a parcel from the NL, really?
