An excellent app for trams, buses and walking in Cracow. One doesn't have to open an account to buy tram and bus tickets. Just pay download and ride. If one does not know the city, the app is showing best routes in a split second. One star removed for difficulty canceling the premium version without commercials. To the developing team. It should be much easier to cancel the Premium version. Just make it a function on the ticket page. Or make it a purchase for a single week/month for tourists.

So I've been using the app for years, and overall it's been very reliable. For a couple years in the past, I got the premium subscription for the background navigation feature and get-off/stop alerts, and it worked well. I recently got the subscription again for the same reasons, but it does not work at all, and actually causes the app to crash. 🙄 Obviously, that's really annoying, and despite no ads, I'm disappointed it's an advertised feature that doesn't work. Google Maps does it flawlessly.

WARNING Jakdojade was confusing and ended up costing us a lot. The app doesn’t clearly explain which tickets are needed for combined train and bus or tram ride in tr TrCity region and because of that we bought only train tickets and were fined over 1200 PLN. With informtion only partially in English, it’s hard for visitors to avoid mistakes without help from a local.
