Ratings and reviews

If you think it's easier to get this app to than buying a SIM card abroad and swapping it, you're wrong. It's complicated and sometimes doesn't even work. I managed to get it to work in one country (after a very long time connecting to support via hotel WiFi. I think it took a day or two) but not the other country (I bought another SIM from them so the developer response to my review is irrelevant). And when I asked for the refund they said it was your device not us so they didn't refund me.

Got message on app saying payment declined. Tried again as no phone number. Then saw it had 2 subscriptions! I still dont have a phone number. I do not need 2 subscriptions, yet the app said it failed...! Update: Contacted them as per their response, and they said "the problem is not from the app, but from your side, and the payment account". Even after sending a screenshot from their app saying payment was declined! Blaming the customer, great idea!

I thought I was harsh giving this a bad review, my previous issues seemed to be due to not topping up. Having topped up, which took some time to go through (had to clarify with support) I still can't send texts. I would contact support in the app, but they appear to limit the number of times you can contact them per day to 1! Shows how buggy this app is! Wasted too much time trying to get it to work!
