他の方と同様、英語のみで使いにくいので、キャンセルしたいと注意書きを見ても、グーグルに購入履歴はなく、サブスクのキャンセルはできず、サポートに下手な英語でキャンセル希望の旨、送っても返信もなく、7000円以上の課金が続いて困っています。最低なアプリ。こんなものを公開するのもどうなんでしょうか。 【追記　経過報告】 とりあえず、英語で返信があり、そこからやり取りをしたところ、とりあえずは全額返金してくれることになりました。 カードの請求内容等の添付は面倒でしたが、日本語対応していない事でトラブルが多かったのでしょう。対応は早かったので★1→3に訂正です。

SNS広告では全て日本語で記載され、期待してましたが、本体アプリでは全て英語で全く理解できず、無駄に課金してしまった。とても分かりにくいですが、個別のファスティングプランを作成するのに掛かる費用ではなく、サブスク課金で2回課金されて初めてサブスクと気付く。キャンセルも英語記載のため、四苦八苦する。 2度と利用しない。

【要注意】日本語対応しているかのように見せかけて、購入後はすべて英語です。そこまで難しい内容ではないですが、英語が苦手な人はダウンロードしないほうがいいです。 英文でサポート担当に連絡したところ「日本語対応はしていないので、アップデートを楽しみに待っててね!」という返事が来ました。明らかに誇大広告というか、ジャロ案件です。皆さんのクチコミ評価を確認せず購入した私にも落ち度はありますが、とりあえずお金を返して、と連絡しています。日本語対応してると思わされるような広告なので要注意です。
