Worst, don't pay at the time of booking, pay at hotel after watching the room, bathroom, etc. Search hotel through the app but dont book. oyo never pay the hotel owners at time.. Thats why hotel owners or managers treats bad with the guests who comes through oyo..

Worst platform for hotels The company is only thinking about their own profit ,even if the partners get loss they are worst partners . I would recommend please don't do partnerhip with such a looting company . Otherwise you will be in trouble for sure . They have looted my 3 lakhs and I asked many other hotels as well . Same for many hotels. They will ad unneccesary penalties and defaults to property

Your team just fools us by giving false commitment. You people don't have courtesy to answer our calls. If their would have been below 1 start ratings I would have given it. I did a booking through offline channel of OYO travel agent portal and they refused at the end moment and reason given was hotel sold out.
