Worst worst worst online payment system was too worst, wat the hell u people doing.. we paid online payment wen we went to hotel they sayin that there was no room we blocked already by mistake it is showing and all.. they doin misguide also in the hotel, finally we didn't get back our money also.. cont u people maintain all those things.. money is not an easy thing... If we didn't get room means we want our money back... A big middle finger for Oyo
Oyo is amazing... We had an amazing experience and the hospitality by the manager and the staff was commendable.... The only issue I would like to quote is that of timings... Like we had our bus at 3 o clock and we wanted to stay till 2 but the manager refused.... Obviously we were willing to pay for that but we had to check out at 11... It would be amazing and a five star app if something can be done of timings....
First of all... I am trying to your this service first time..And my first experience is fantastic...I am not think about that the service is to good...I totally shok when I observed your services.. you rooms are touching to heart... I suggest to all of you please use this service atleast one time....In your life..I hope will glad to feel the same to me after use this service.... Thank Arvind Kumar
Member since 2014 and fully satisfied with the service travelled 5 cities so far in last 5 years. Goa was the best oyo experience.. even Kolkata and Pune was good.... Keep up the service.... Peace
Not dependable. Model seems to be flawed. Booked a room night and Guest House was clear that we are First Come First serve basis and there is no room available. This was after I had made the full payment upfront. Pretty scary at 10 pm. Would not recommend anymore.
Left me hanging at the middle of the night with no response from the hotel reception. Finally after roaming around the place to search for the hotel we got in contact with the hotel owner but couldn't trust him because the road was closed and this guy came in a bike asking me to go with him to the hotel which was another kilometre away I guess. At last I had to stay over at a friend's house by calling him late at night. The booking money got wasted as the app is showing 100% cancellation fee. Such a terrible experience with OYO. Grow up and be responsible guys. Crappy company. If you want to raise money do a funding round but please don't steal from your customers.
