App tracks you when you aren't on shift. Disable location after your shift is over and not on company time. It also saves a copy of your signature from every hourly report as a photo to your phone. Won't stop even though I have tried playing with settings. Be sure to delete those from your phone and your backup cloud storage like google or apple. It often takes a long time to populate report options even with a good signal. A poor quality app from the employee perspective.

Haven't updated yet, but current version keeps freezing not allowing incident report details to be entered. Cannot enter client, site or incident type. The app has been down on my site phone since 3 Sept and today, 9 Sept it is still frozen. I hope the update of 9th Sept 24 will fix it. Otherwise when it is working it is 👌

Current version does not allow site select. Can not use the app without being able to select site
