Ooredoo's internet service is absolutely terrible. Our internet has not been working for the past four days, and we call every day to report the issue. They keep giving different excuses — sometimes they say it will be fixed in 30 minutes, other times they tell us to file a complaint online. The service from Ooredoo is really bad. Omantel is much better — their staff actually come and ask if there are any issues with the internet.

Really Really disappointed from your services. no one is replying on WhatsApp support 9 times clicked on chat with us options in response I'm getting please visit our website for info agent is not available now and the customer care agent is not trying to understand the issue and trying to give their justifications without listening to the Customer... after your comment still same i think there is no one to help
