I am experiencing a persistent issue with the Mobily application. For the past two months, upon opening the app, I consistently receive an error message stating 'Unable to fetch data, try again.' This ongoing technical problem significantly hinders usability, resulting in a poor user experience.

Sorry to be the one to call it out, but the current version is simply the worst yet. For starters, logging in seems like an impossible task. It either tells you the OTP is incorrect or it can't fetch your line data. Even after finally logging in it won't process your credit card payments.

This network is very poor and unreliable. Browsing is extremely slow, and pages take too long to load. The connection is unstable, which makes it frustrating to use for even basic tasks. Overall, it does not meet expectations and needs serious improvement.
