This was 5 but then the app keeps giving me a hard time to pay my bill. The confirm payment won't turn blue. Adding the latest review because this app is giving me a hard time paying my bills again, keeps saying my card has issues. This happens every month, but somehow will still proceed after some tries, now it's been 10 days and I still can't pay my package, guess I'll just have to visit a store just to pay my bills.

No matter which card is applied, it just doesn't process the recharge. Tried every possible fix including mobile restart, cache clear, un installing and reinstalling the app multiple times, it doesn't work. If you use the same card on some other phone, it works. what makes is more irritating is whenever you try to do it though the web, it sends you back to the app. so the only solution that this app has left is, just beg someone to recharge on your behalf every time you need it. pathetic!

App sucks after upgrade. I am unable to recharge/add money to activate a plan. It just throws an error Saying "There was a problem with the bank". I have tried all kinds of cards, Visa credit, Visa debit, Mada Debit cards. Alrajhi, D360, Emirates NBD cards. There is no other way to recharge mobily as the website directs to app for recharge and the app has bugs. Even this month, I am unable to recharge. Recharge and Payments is the most thing and it's broken for more than one month now.
