Since the start of current year, the App has gone downhill. Continues login issues, on every single platform (Android, IOS, Web). the Balance disappearance after recharge is another issue. the only workaround is to unsubscribe the auto renewal of package before recharging. This use to be very good app, not sure what happened to it.

The mobile app needs significant improvement. It provides very limited information about available mobile recharge plans, making it difficult to choose the right option. Additionally, recharging a number is inconvenient because only voucher purchases are available. The app should allow customers to recharge directly using a debit or credit card without requiring a voucher. The application also has frequent login issues. Most of the time, it displays an "Unable to fetch data"

Very disappointing experience with Mobily. I subscribed to Postpaid 150 for 6 months at a discounted price of SAR 87.06. After 6 months, my bill automatically increased to SAR 172.50. I didn’t want to continue at this price, but resolving the issue has been frustrating. Be very careful with Mobily postpaid offers. Always check what happens after the promotional period, as you may suddenly be charged the full price.
