Unbelievably DREADFUL. Had the fan almost 3 years and when it works, the fan is good. BUT the app constantly needs to be reconnected by re-entering the code. I just now uninstalled and reinstalled the app, in case it might help, but now it can't detect the fan, even though the electric is on and I'm entering the code. I tried to get help with similar issues from PAX before, but they don't seem to have solutions for the problems. Wouldn't buy one again without a standby manual switch.

I connected my device a few days ago and it worked OK. I set the device to work according to our needs. Today I realized that the app picture changed and I went to see if there's an update or something but instead I was disconnected and now I need to connect the device again with the pin code that is inside the device. So stupid!!!! I need to open the entire thing so I can reconnect! You should put the pin code somewhere where is easy to get if you have such an "awesome" app!!!!

The fan cannot be turned off at all.. especially during the night this is annoying. You can set silent hours but the fan still works on low speed which triggers the outside windblocking system to open up, which in turn makes the wind come in constantly. I'll have to buy something else sadly...
