I've been trying to buy season passes for hours. Both the website and app are glitching on the address. "Address 1 is required" error persists despite all fields being complete. edit: I found out it was because you have to click the button right under the photo upload which I thought was only for the photo, and then the main button all the way at the bottom. new complaint: please allow season pass holders to see wait times outside the park. we don't want to come when it's busy.

App never works anymore! It worked great last season but has been useless this season. The first time I logged into the app, it locked me out of my account. Once I was able to get my account unlocked (and verified it was on their end) I was never able to log back in with the app, but yet the website lets me in just fine. I'm just uninstalling! Not worth the hassle!

Many glitches in new version. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Many times it just opens to a loading screen without opening into the app itself and I can't see any information. Also, my season passes aren't showing in the app when I can get it to open. I've tried contacting customer service, but have not got it resolved. At this point, I can just pull up pass info on the website and may just have to use the paper programs at the park for show times if it continues to freeze.
