To help mobile recharge, fund transfer to MFS, requires optional permission to access your CONTACTS LIST it is optional depending on the mind.

It requires optional permission to access your CAMERA when it needs the uploading profile picture, scanning the QR Code in Merchant Payment and Cash by QR of Card Management.

Very disappointing. After giving the NID photo, I could not take a profile image with the selfie camera in any way. They have set four conditions (blink eye, smile, turn left and turn right), which their competitors also do. But in the case of others, it is consistent. As a result, the photo can be taken according to the instructions. But when I came here on the PI app, it was a complete mess. I could not take a photo even after trying for 3 days in a row.

Opened an account online. Accepted transfer into the account. But doesn't let me use the amount now. Wants me to go to the branch to verify. Also opened the account in a different branch than what I chose during account opening. What's the point of opening an account online then? EDIT: Although the branch that you chose doesn't show up in the app, you can go to that same branch you selected during registration for activation.

Works okay, but still missing essential features. Last update, They added card details but it is still not responding. No options for turning on/off foreign transactions or limiting it. In some cases UI/UX not consistent especially in Account and statement section. Most importantly fingerprint missing, where most of the banks already adopted it. Needs more optimizations and UI improvement, however it is still one of the beautiful apps.
