About this app

PNB ONE is an amalgamation of various banking processes being delivered through single platform. PNB ONE mobile banking app is an all in one application which allows you to transfer funds, view account statement, invest in term deposits, manage debit card & credit card and many other exclusive services at your fingertips.
Note:- PNB ONE is official mobile banking application of Punjab National Bank. This application provides access to PNB banking services across all operators.
Services Available / Features of PNB ONE Mobile Banking App.
Interactive Interface:-
• Redesigned dashboard with more features available on the dashboard.
• Access all the accounts on the dashboard itself.

Accounts:-
• All accounts will be displayed in illustrative manner. ( Savings, Deposits, Loan, Overdraft, Current).
• Detailed view of account statement.
• Check Balances.

Transfer Funds:-
Regular Transfers
• “Self” (for own accounts), “Within” (for PNB accounts) & “Other” (for non-pnb accounts) will be there.
• NEFT/IMPS/UPI for Interbank fund transfers.
Instant Transfers (without adding beneficiary).
• IMPS using MMID.
• Quick Transfer without adding beneficiary.
Indo- Nepal Remittance.

Invest funds:-
• Open a term deposit account.
• Mutual Funds.
• Insurance.

Transactions:-
• My transactions will display all the recent transactions.
• My Favorite Payee will show list of recent payees.
• Schedule a transaction.
• Recurring transactions.

Safe and secure:-
• Sign in much faster and simpler with your fingerprint.

Manage Debit Card:-
• Apply for a new card.
• Update limits of ATM withdrawal, POS/ E-Comm transaction.

Manage Credit Card:-
• Link/De link Credit Card.
• Auto Payment Registration.
• Auto Payment De-Registration.
• Change card limit.
• Statement on e-mail.
• Damaged card replacement.

Unified Payment Interface (UPI):-
• Send/ Collect money through UPI.

Scan & Pay (BHARAT QR):-

Pay Bills/Recharge:-

This app is good. But few updates can be made in user interface of the card. 1 Option to select the type of debit card that you want to order. And it should show the card limits when ordering. Currently it is showing only the card number with limits and not the name of the card. 2 Currently we have to go to atm, pos, online and contactless limit(can't disable) seperately to make changes. It would be better if all these limits can be changed in 1 section. And to disable them option is needed.

I have been trying to get Digital loan against FD but the system initially mentioned about KYC NON compliancy. I visited the branch and submitted the docs, applied for 50% of the principal amount, yet it asks to apply for a lower amount or equal to the allowed limit. Unfortunately when I click to know the allowed loan amount, the box doesn't open. Yet it also shows KYC NON compliancy and also the above mentioned message.

I always faced difficulty whenever I tried to use this app. whenever you start using first you will encounter with error "Sim Changed" there is no guideline on how to register your mobile again. again I got an error nominee not registered. I already registered nominee through NetBanking but App is saying not registered. I started the process, at the end app saying we encountered an error unreliable app. HDFC App is far far better than this puzzle like app.
