Please please improve the software and app. The app is very glitchy and the response is too slow. When someone bells on the doorbell, by the time the app loads up, the person outside has already left, 90% of the time. That's how long it takes to load up the app and answer the doorbell call. I have tried to positon the gateway and my router to the most optimal setting, with wifi strength up to 80% but still very slow. Sometimes video playback also buffers for couple of minutes.

Simple design app.. easy to connect.. would be more better if it comes with a widget. LATEST: opening the app now is so slow/laggy with wifi or data. unlike before was very fast.. even after the latest update, the issue remains. 31/8/25 after latest update, the numbers in the timer gone wrong. pls fix.

There are important information that should be included but missing in the app, such as MAC address and IP address of the respective devices. These info facilitates network and security configuration. Having the Mac address makes it a whole lot easier when there are many devices in the network. It helps to prevent identifying the wrong device in the router's list of clients. .
