Here it is almost june of 2026. It's been quite some time since I first got this camera and app system setup.I did run into some problems and I contacted customer service. To my surprise they have always been there for me I not only stand behind this product, I stand beside them because the customer service has always been there for me. As the world around us changes to automation, this company has not. The human factor is always is there. customer service and the product are number one.

I had to leave my apartment for weeks while it was being worked on so I installed these cameras to keep an eye on our belongings. The cameras are clear and I have had no issues with the app. The batteries were still good when I returned, even with all the movement. However the subscription is a total waste - I haven't been able to access a single cloud video. You also need a pro subscription to see the cameras in real time on your laptop but it's free in the app, so that's a bit silly.

Camera has smooth movement, when trying to move the camera, or zoom in and out. Video quality is decent, if internet stays steady. Sound could be better. It glitches and lags a lot, when trying to have a conversation with someone through this camera. I like that secondary users have access to past events.
