I love the concept, and it's very addictive... but, as to what certain kinds of anomalies can be reported as... it seems kind of arbitrary and frustrating. The definitions don't even appear to be standard (sometimes a shadow person walking by is a shadow, sometimes it's human, sometimes it's something else). Also, there's this toy that appears in one scene that is apparently supposed to be an alien, ghost, or monster. Okay. I think this game could become 4 or 5 stars with minimal effort.

Although this is one of the many games spawned by the 'I'm on Observation Duty' it has its own charm, namely coming from the use of actual film footage. I often was startled when the human anomalies appeared, as they fit well with their surroundings, same for most of the anomalies. My one bone to pick with it is the ghost sightings and reflections, as they often conflicted, being images or animations instead of filmed interactions. Other than that, it is a great spin on the observation format.

Great game for $2. The atmosphere is good, some of the anomalies are difficult to find, good variety. My only real complaint is how particular it is about some of the reports. If I see a shadowy figure staring into the camera, my first thought is "human shaped", not monster/ghost/alien. Then, the very next anomaly is a shadowy figure peeking around a doorway. But this time it IS human shaped. It's just hard to tell what they want me to report some of the time.
