About this app

Making life easier for nursery and pre-school parents to communicate with their nursery.

Parents can send notifications directly to the nursery requesting any booking pattern changes, extra sessions, changes to emergency contact details, new allergy requirements, etc. The Nursery can also send notifications to parents keeping them up to date with emergency closures, newsletters, etc.

This app allows parents to keep their children’s registration form details up-to-date including collection passwords, emergency contacts, permissions, consents and much more.

We also allow parents to view all their invoices to date and see all payments made to their children’s account. This also reduces any confusion of how much is outstanding on their account.

Booking patterns clearly displayed for all current and future sessions enabling the parent to see exactly when their children are scheduled to be attending the nursery.

Funding (HMRC) eligibility codes can be kept up to date to ensure the parents don’t miss out on any funding claims.

This app is designed to give parents access to parent admin on the go on any device, anytime, anywhere.

Don't bother with the app. The browser support works better. You've got auto fill for a start. The whole nursery in a box scheme is flawed tho. Assigning a checkout pin to the child which must be done on drop off and collection. It's assigned and not able to be chosen also we had ours changed due to an admin error Unless you can't remember them the nursery manager will take care of it.

Really helpful way to track your child's time at nursery.

Haven't been able to access the messages in the app since the latest update. Ongoing issue open with the customer service team but it is still not resolved. Happy with the rest of the updates but if I can't receive or respond to messages at the Nursery via the app it's causing split process and creates the potential to miss important updates distributed by the nursery staff i.e. illnesses, specific closures etc.
