I come into work today and I can't sign into this app on my phone. says to check the email and password as if I don't know it. I try the company phone (my sign in credentials are saved to auto log on there as well) and no issues, logs in just fine. wth is up with this app?!! I use my phone for a reason, the work one is garbage and I can't see the screen at all in sun light. very frustrating and huge inconvenience. yes I have tried steps to ensure the issue isn't on me, including reinstalling

The latest update is a nightmare, the streets do not auto populate, the printer disconnects Incessantly, you have to press buttons to view your totals instead of it just being there, it is slows and it crashes all the time. Please go back to the drawing board with this update, it is bad! it's been almost a month and no update yet. the latest update dated June 12 is actually another nightmare. it drains the device even when charged and now the pictures freeze up all the time. zero stars if I could

Rating is not 1 star, its below zero. This app is absolutely trash. The layout is garbage, field population is inconsistent. In fact, the only thing thats really consistent is the "Calculating adjustments" errors that make ticket writing impossible sometimes. Getting rid of ComPlus was the worst thing Passport ever did. Avoid this.
