Worked the first two times, but the third time I got a parking ticket and have not had any luck getting in touch with the help line. Though the reply says to contact their support email, they basically just replied to that email saying they cannot do anything and gave me yet another (local?) email to contact, who of course has yet to reply. Big time runaround.
Wallet System is a Rip Off I decided to take the train from a different nearby station today due to a schedule issue and found that I couldn't pay for my parking space using my existing wallet. I had to create a new wallet for the new location and had to fund it with a minimum of $20. Since I may never park in this location again (this was a one time thing) it basically means I am forced to pay $20 for a parking spot that should only cost $1.25. Calling this a "wallet" is misleading and I see this scheme as a money grab.
When the app works, it's handy though a bit pricey. Our parking fee is $2.00/day, using the Passport Parking app it's $2.37. When the app fails, as mine did I had to uninstall it and then reinstall it ASSUMING it would be linked to my email address. Not so much. It made a new account and now I can't link my old account to the newly installed app. My old account has all of my money in it so now I can't access my funds. When I call support I get hung up on, repeatedly. The app failed just after reloading my account balance so it has almost the maximum amount of money possible in it. This would not be an issue if you could change your account number but that is not an option. Apparently talking to support isn't either. Very frustrating.
Eh I'm really not sure why this app needs permission to access my pictures, contacts, phone logs, etc...so shifty and shady!! On multiple occasions I've pulled up two meters that have the passport parking sticker and information for the spot, only to have the app and then the operator at the company tell me that the parking space is not valid in their system.
So far for my first time use I received no ticket. I would gladly pay the 37 c convenience fee to not have to pay through the machines in the cold weather. Am a little disconcerted by the late reviews..
Makes parking easy again. No more locating the kiosk and fumbling while trying to find the credit card and hold a baby. No more standing outside in the rain or snow waiting for the stupid machine to process your card. It's genius.

Use the Green P App to pay for parking On-Street and select Green P carparks.
