completely unusable. App is stuck in an endless loop, so that I can't actually pay to park. Support team is useless, keeps giving me the same suggestions that I've already done. I can't even reply to them, because their app is so poorly designed I can't actually click on the text field: the resolution has it off the bottom of the screen and I can't select it.

App updated overnight and now I am unable to log in via email. Support is unable to find my account either. Terrible design. All information gone just when I needed to extend my session. Also just as others have posted the name and logo in the app store are still showing the old ones. I am not the only one that has had issues with their account info. App must be using a different database or the dev team is just incompetent.

Thanks for the $40 parking ticket: I downloaded this app after I parked, added my payment and license plate info, selected my zone, and every time I tapped to pay and proceed, it sent me on a loop, back to enter the zone number again. So reluctantly I paid with card at the machine, knowing there was a chance I wouldn't be back in time, and sure enough, I was ONE MINUTE LATE and got a $40 ticket, mainly because this app wouldn't work—I could have easily applied extra time if it worked.
