I have been trying off and on for about a year now to get PAST the supposed "easy" mode and unlock the other modes. This game is horrendous in it's repetitive gameplay and extremely disadvantageous RNG. Even when employing the most optimal strategies, over months of time, I cannot get past it. This game gives me a headache to try and have fun in, and I give up on it. 1/10 borderline unplayable.

This game plays smoothly but there's no depth to the world or narration which, to me, is the real joy of text based games. This game is a forward-only sequence of randomly generated scenarios, but each scenario has very little depth and leans heavily on tropes. The tone of the writing regularly breaks the fourth wall and doesn't take itself too seriously, which may be a turn off if you're looking for a story to get invested in. The software is well made and intuitive to use and understand.

Pretty fun at first, but it soon all seems familiar. On the easiest levels I thought this was tough and kept dying. Took me probably 25 tries through to get to the next warrior lvl which I think is listed as normal. Been playing it constantly and can't beat it. At this point every thing is repeating and I keep dying... That doesn't make for a fun game anymore.
