About this app

Payroll by Nethris is a quick and user-friendly mobile app for employers and their employees. It allows the person responsible for payroll to verify their payroll processing summary (payments to employees, amount debited, etc.) and employees to consult their pay slips and their banks (holidays, sick days, etc.), submit and consult time sheets, submit specific requests and much more, directly from their smartphone.

I can't get this app to work anymore. It worked for months and when I reset my phone it would not work. It says there is an error. I can log in on PC. Called customer Serv and he was very short and irritated. He told me to call my phone provider because they have no complaints regarding this issue. Yet I come to the app site and see that there is deff an issue that many people are having. Don't ask me to call customer. Serv. I already did that.

App is keep crashing. Samsung S20 FE Also I did as you said, uninstalled the app and re-installed it, cleared cache but is keep crashing. On top, when I did all that for 4th time and I cleared the data too, when I put business code and username is giving me an error. Sorry to tell you but you didn't do QA before releasing the updates.

DO NOT GET THIS. my workplace has recently switched over from paper stubs to this nightmare of a system. The website freezes, the app constantly kicks you out. Says your password is expired when there's no reason for it to be. Resetting your password never works and there's ZERO support. Currently in the process of canceling direct deposit and getting a physical check just so i don't have to use nethris anymore. Would give it 0 stars but minimum is one
