I've had the app for awhile. but now it isn't working. I can't access one of my journals. it syncs and crashes. I'm unable to write. so I read to spark it. penzu crashes now. and it's not getting better. I'll just use it on the computer. the phone app is trash now. and im disappointed. I can't even correct. just upset and done

I love it. It would be nice to have more features in the paid version (which I have). In the past, we could choose inside of each journal (example: lined, unlined, etc). I like how we can have multiple journals (keeps me organized). Even if you delete the app, as long as the account is open, all is saved. I just love it. Thank you!

I'm a long time Pro paid subscriber. The glitches of this app are becoming absurd and infuriating. I'll write an entry and trust that it's being saved automatically (since on the app there's no separate "save" button) only to back to come back to an empty screen where only the first line was saved. This has happened dozens of times and I no longer trust the app. Which is too bad because a simple journaling app that syncs between devices is all I need and it should not be this difficult to make.
