Ratings and reviews

The app totally broke with version 3.1.24. It requires you to log in each time, which is ridiculous if you will be receiving phone calls. Also, we can't send text messages from our local number. Phone2 only has email support, which is extremely inefficient for a phone company. We were promised that 3.2.0 would fix all issues, but none of the problems have been resolved. If you expect to use Phone2 for your business, let the buyer beware. We reached out many times via email. Still no resolution.

This is a VERY basic text/calling app... that feels incomplete. My biggest gripes - when using web, you have to login every single time. There is no "remember me" option. Some texts come through as attachments, that I then have to download and open the txt file to read. Voicemail greetings can only be updated by recording a WAV file and then uploading. You cannot send multi-line texts. Updates to the app were fairly regular, but now seems to have stopped.

Update, the app is now working correctly when a call is received. No more missed calls. Thank you Phone2! I discovered this app during one of their lifetime number promotions. Making calls, sending and receiving text messages works fine. The only problem, is that it is hit or miss that the phone will ring when you receive a call. I have tested this with different phones and unless you have the app open you may miss the call and only see that someone called from the missed call notification.
