Actually the worst experience I have ever had with an app. My company had constant issues with them and when we'd report, it was 50/50 on whether customer support could actually help you. My calls would randomly drop all the time with full service. As you can imagine, that's not great for a company to have happened. My messages wouldn't always send and when I would try and open my messages they wouldn't load so I would have to force close the app. I have more issues, but I'm out of characters.

This app works OK, but it has its share of annoying things about it. For example, when the app is running in the background, if I step into my car, when the Bluetooth connects to said car, it will cause the car to think I'm in a phone call via the app when I'm not. This happens 100% of the time in two different cars. My only recourse is to manually press the 'End call' button and force close the app every time. Another annoyance it in how it handles voicemail playback. It doesn't work well.

Works well on the desktop. In regard to the mobile version, if I answer the call and toggle into another app while simultaneously being on a call, the caller can no longer hear me until I go back into the Ooma app. This is highly frustrating when I'm trying to enter information from a caller into my CRM. I end up having to write it down and then enter information once I hang up. There was a patch that fixed this issue before, but it seems it's happening yet again. 😳
