Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana Project on “Irrigation Water Requirement Advisory Service (IWRAS)”, is functioning at Dept. of Irrigation and Drainage Engineering, Dr. ASCAET, MPKV, Rahuri. A mandate of this project is to disseminate the irrigation advisory services, regarding water requirement, irrigation requirement, and irrigation scheduling. This project has already developed mobile applications to disseminate irrigation advisory such as mobile based "Phule Jal" and "Phule Irrigation Scheduler". Not only proper water management but also Proper nutrient management is required to improve crop productivity. Fertigation is the injection of water-soluble fertilizers along with water through drip irrigation system. Fertigation is expected to improve use efficiency of both fertilizers and water. In fertigation, the type of fertilizer amount and time of application should be known to farmers to maximize fertilizer use efficiency. It is required to estimate fertilizer requirement data along with crop water requirement based on crop and soil data and intern provide the information on irrigation and fertigation scheduling. Therefore by considering those point, RKVY-IWRAS project developed “Phule Fertigation Scheduler” mobile application for calculating right amount of fertilizer dose and fertigation scheduling of different crop.
“Phule Fertigation Scheduler” (PFS) mobile application is for illustrative purposes only which provides farmers, scientists and users, the quantity of fertilizers to be applied and the duration of its application for different crops. This mobile app is supplied "AS IS" without any warranties and support. IWRAS assumes no responsibility or liability for the use of this mobile app, conveys no license or title under any patent, copyright, or mask work right to the product. RKVY-IWRAS, MPKV, Rahuri reserves the right to make changes in this app without notification.
