Ratings and reviews

Don't get this. Whenever they upgrade the app, features stop working. Currently I cannot access my hashtags on the app. On top of it all, there is absolutely zero customer care. They don't provide any new deals for existing customers even when your contract is about to end. They want you to upgrade to a more expensive price plan. The email replies are snotty. I have been with them since 2017 and they couldn't care less about providing any discounts or deals.

Downloaded the app, registered account but couldn't link to Instagram account or Facebook account. It kept saying that my account doesn't exist. Couldn't go back as there is no option, had to close the linking process and start again... Too many times, eventually I gave up all together as a simple process took too much of my time. Uninstalled.

Every time I try to login it gives me this message ["Oops! An Error Occurred The server returned a "500 Internal Server Error". Something is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. We will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.] This is me letting you know the app is unusable on my end so deleted it.
