This app is for customers of Pogo Pass. You can log into the app and access all your passes. Venues can scan your passes right from your app.

The app was working fine till recent update. Now I can not access it on my phone. It refuses to remember username and password, and requires login every time. It doesn't recognize the correct login and insisted I change password. I have changed it already few times. No difference. What is the point of the app if I have trouble accessing it on my phone?

Awful app. Worked fine when downloaded earlier this week. The next day displayed error message "Cannot connect to server". Today displays "Something went wrong, click refresh button" and still doesn't work! Developer needs to push an update asap to fix these bugs. Haven't even had a chance to use my passes yet.

Update: They finally got back to me and fixed the problem, so I'm definitely renewing. I loved having these, but I'm disappointed in the end. We messaged support to ask them to pause our accounts because of the coronavirus, they said they would but instead canceled them. I've tried contacting support without success. As of now, we're just out 110 days that we paid for. I was interested in renewing, but now that won't be happening.
