For some reason, since the update, the JayC in-store list, does not add everything to the list when clicked. it "unsaves" the item, and if you don't pay attention you'll be missing items. I have to go back into items frequently to make sure they saved. The same issue is happening with the Kroger app, too.

User interface is cluttered, unintuitive, and hard to use. My biggest complaint, however, is that you sometimes get to the point of checking out, only to be told that some item(s) aren't available for delivery. If so, then why are they listed for purchase? I've scrapped entire orders several times because of this. Also, Instacart supposedly handles delivery. So why are some items available in this app, but not in the Instacart app? And why aren't bananas for sale in either? Dec '25. 👎

Sometimes the app works sometimes it does not. It's always confusing to find digital deals. And then which coupon you've clipped. This week, you click on digital coupons. Nothing is there that is published. You page further down in the app and you can find digital coupons clipped here. Why have two locations. You would think someone in Cincinnati would have enough on the ball to make a decent app.
